REGISTRATION

The registration fee includes:

• Conference proceedings
• Coffee Breaks
• Welcome Cocktail
• Gala Dinner

Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying full registration fees (not student fees) by May 30^th, 2009.
Paper submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings.
For a paper for which a full registration rate has been paid, co-authors may register at a discount rate ("2^nd Author" rate).
The student rate is applicable only to full-time students and cannot be used to register an accepted paper. Students must provide a certification of their status.

Tutorials Fees

ICIAP2009 reserves the right to cancel any tutorial if too few attendees register for the tutorial by early registration deadline to support the costs of hosting the tutorial.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registrations related to accepted papers cannot be refunded (i.e. "Full Rate" registrations).
Substitutions are always possible.
Cancellation before June 15^th will be refunded. The 20% of the registration fee will be retained for covering administrative costs. After this date no refund can be expected.
If a tutorial is cancelled and the participant is not willing to attend any other tutorial, then the tutorial fee will be refunded.

The payment must be made in EURO. All bank charges and exchange fees must be paid by payer.
It is necessary to communicate to the bank your Full Name and that your payment corresponds to the ICIAP registration fee. Please bring with you a copy of the registration together with a copy of your payment.
